Dear Author,

Congratulations for the acceptance of your paper as a short paper for publication in the proceedings of the third ACS/IEEE International Conference on Computer Systems and Applications (AICCSA-06) to be held on March 8-11, 2006, in Dubai/Sharjah, UAE.

You are allowed a total of Four (4) pages for your short paper. This includes all figures, tables, and references. Up to ONE (1) extra page may be purchased at a cost of US $150.00.

You may pay the extra charges with registration.

Paper and Abstract Naming

Authors must follow the following naming guidelines for their papers and abstracts:

Abstracts must be .doc and for papers, .pdf is preferred but .doc is also acceptable.

Paper name: "xxx_AuthorLastName.pdf" where 'xxx" is the paper number
Abstract: "abs_xxx_AuthorLastName.doc" where 'xxx" is the paper number

Example:

If author John Brown has paper number 104 accepted, the names of the files should be:
Paper: 104_Brown.pdf (or 104_Brown.doc)
Abstract: abs_104_brown.doc

Deadlines

• Your paper (.pdf or .doc) must be uploaded by November 28, 2005.
• The abstract (.doc) must be uploaded by November 28, 2005. (An abstract should have a maximum of 1500 characters including spaces).
• A signed copyright release form must be faxed to 865-974-4404 (Attn: Suzanne Haddad Baktash) or scanned and emailed to Suzanne Haddad Baktash (baktashsh@ornl.gov) by November 28, 2005.

Important note for PDF files

IEEE has a requirement for the PDF files that all fonts and graphics are embedded. For information on creating fully embedded PDF, click here. For further information, please refer to the PDF guidelines from the publisher.
