UAE Visa Information

For those who need a Visa entering the UAE to participate in the conference, please send the following information:

Scan copy of the relevant pages from the passport.

If a spouse is accompanying you, please email the same above information.

All the above information must be submitted with the conference registration form. The local organization committee urges all the conference participants to register on time. Early registration and visa application gives the local organization committee enough time to process the visas. The American University of Sharjah will process the visa and it is free of charge.

The local organization committee advises the entire conference participants to make the hotel reservation along with the paper registration. Otherwise, hotels in Dubai/Sharjah are very busy and more expensive during the conference date.
