Project Report is worth 100 points: IFS Description (20),
SQL Tables (20), Routing Query (20), Term
Weighting (20), and Credits (20).
Course project software will be worth 200 points so that
the total number of points possible for the course project is
300.

Ten valid applicant xml files should be tar'ed and submitted to
the TA no later than 5pm on Tuesday, April 8.
The entire course project (for each group) will be due at midnight,
