| Students in Prof. Lynne Parker's "Projects in Machine Learning Class" conduct a poster session to discuss some of their project results. Throughout the semester, students implemented several types of machine learning algorithms, including reinforcement learning, neural networks, genetic programming, parametric learning, and clustering. These projects solved a variety of problems, including robot navigation, handwritten character recognition, the 8-puzzle game, classification of mollusk ages, and prediction of the outcome of heart attack victims from echocardiogram data. |
