About Mr. and Mrs. Ken and Jeane Vann: In the Spring of 1999, Ken and Jeane Vann established the 'Robert Kenneth Vann Endowment in Computer Science' to provide scholarship funds to help some of the state's brightest young minds pursue a Bachelor's degree in computer science. Mr. and Mrs. Vann are wonderful and caring individuals with a true desire to help deserving students achieve their goals. They have a strong appreciation for the knowledge required to succeed in computer science and for the difference talented computer scientists can make in society. The department is very happy and appreciative to have them as our honored friends.
