About

Dr. Potok is a Research Staff Member at the Collaborative Technologies Research Center of Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of Tennessee.

From 1984-97, Dr. Potok worked at the IBM Software Solutions Laboratory in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. While there, he worked as a programmer, programming team leader, software engineering manager, and finally as a software engineering consultant. Dr. Potok has served as principle investigator on three large software agent projects: one with the Department of Energy, and two in the aerospace industry.
