I am currently an undergraduate student in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I will be graduating in May 2008, when I will then proceed to get my master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee. I have had the opportunity to intern under the direction of Dr. Robert J. Harrison at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory from 2004-2007. I have also worked in the Innovative Computing Laboratory at the University of Tennessee under Jack Dongarra 2007-present.
Recently, my research has been focused on developing several micro-kernels for use on the Cell BE Processor. The kernels that I have written in assembly use several techniques to attain an extremely high efficiency while maintaining a very small size.
