Assisting the Department Head with course schedules each semester,

Maintaining departmental records,

Arranging for computer accounts,

Setting up and maintaining mailing lists,

Creating and sending the Friday Memo,

Serving as point of contact for alumni,

Whatever needs doing that no one else has responsibility for, and also important

Keeper of the Kleenex, Candy and First Aid!
