Lab 3 Deadline Extended

I have extended the Lab 3 deadline to October 4 (see
new Webpage for Lab 3). I would prefer to have a good
design and clean implementation rather than a last
minute hack on this important method of IR. Todd and
Watts - please send this note to each student's login.
