A church should be a place of growth, encouragement, and support as well as a place to serve others. Our church for the past several years has been Providence Church. We have been challenged by the bible teachings to put God first before everything and they have helped us to really understand the nuts and bolts of the Christian life. Its hard to describe exactly what makes this church so special to us, but ultimately I think it is a place where they try to get out of the way and remove barriers that people might have in seeking God without compromising on the essentials.
