High-throughput technologies have led to the rapid generation of immense
datasets about genes and gene products. These technologies have also shifted
the research focus from individual genes to putatively co-regulated genesets.
This project is aimed at the development of integrated data mining tools to
assist in the analysis of such sets.
It's goals include the use planning activities, educational activities and
developmental projects to support an interdisciplinary approach to understanding
mouse phenotypes and the underlying biosystems that create them.
