daylight enters me through those eyes

and screams inside my head

it wants to get out but there's no one around

so I toss and turn instead

it's no good

I don't want to notice

if you're not up to speed with me

So I bite my tongue again

just to keep a daydream of you and me

and hope that it's not

just something that comes from me

I need you to be around

to justify my crime

and listen to my endless voice

to take me by surprise
