Intructions for Submissions

Submitting Technical Reports

1. Send mail to library@cs.utk.edu with the following:
   • Title
   • Author(s)
   • Date
   • location where the librarian can copy a compressed Postscript or .pdf version of your report.
   • OPEN permissions on your file.

The librarian will reply to your message with a technical report number you can reference and make your technical report available on the department web servers.

Submitting a Thesis or Dissertation

1. Send mail to library@cs.utk.edu with the following:
   • Title
   • Author
   • location where the librarian can copy a compressed Postscript or .pdf version of your thesis or dissertation.
   • OPEN permissions on your file.

The librarian will upload the file to this page: www.cs.utk.edu/~library/theses.php.
