- Hodges Library and most University libraries do not hold technical reports.
Reports are typically held in the Department who produced them. There are a few
searchable repositories listed below. Also see ftp archives for older
reports.
Networked Computer Science Technical Reports Library (NCSTRL)

This is the major source of CS technical reports. NCSTRL is a federation
of digital libraries providing computer science materials.
The Collection of Computer Science Bibliographies

This is a collection of bibliographies of scientific literature in
computer science. The collection contains more than 1.2 million
references, mostly to journal articles, conference papers and technical
reports.
The Computing Research Repository (CoRR)

This site is sponsored by the ACM, the Los Alamos e-Print archive and
NCSTRL.
The ACM Digital Library

The ACM Digital Library contains citations and full text from ACM journal
and newsletter articles and conference proceedings.
The ACM Guide to Computing Literature

The Guide is a collection of bibliographic citations and abstracts of
works published by ACM and other publishers. It has citations, journal
articles, conference proceedings, doctoral dissertations, master's theses,
and technical reports.

This site is from Carnegie Mellon University. The site has links to 395
other CS technical report sites from around the world, mostly university
sites.

This site has links to MCS's technical reports anonymous ftp area. There
are links to Technical Memoranda, Preprints, and Abstracts of Reports and
Preprints.
National Technical Information Service (NTIS)

The NTIS is the largest, central resource for government-sponsored
scientific, technical, and engineering research reports. It is sponsored
by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
