Pre-Game Warm-up
----------------

1 easy lap
everyone stretch
break up into forwards and backs groups
go to different area of field to give each other some space
scrumhalf go with pack group first

Back Group
----------
 1) backs run a couple full lines. just tossing ball out at 1/2 to 3/4
speed. straight out, loop and switch a couple times.
    5 or so
non sprinting 3/4 speed or so

 2) backs get in single file line..
run toward me picking up ball rolled on ground in their general
    direction
you know step over scoop back
mixed in with catching in air (turn sideways)

 4) then run some 3 person offense against 3 person uneven defense
(think recognize gaps grub kick etc.)
then bring up scrumhalf and run a few lines

all this is 3/4 speed or so gradual speed buildup...get em thinking thru
things before you start worrying about running hard.

Forwards Group
--------------
while backs doin those things above
the scrum does some close area ball handling 1/2 to 3/4 speed rolling mauls
 short passes, ball off hip
set a few mauls, a few rucks. all on move but not killing selves(1/2 to
 3/4 speed)
then they go over lineouts quick. basics, dont give away sneaky playsi
like a peel move or anything, while other team is watching.
 quick trot thru penalty play

group comes together goes thru 2 or so lineouts 2 scrums and thats it..

the scrumhalf is with pack until lineouts and penlty play

Basically the pre-game is just a little physical warmup but just as much
a quick pre-game mental refresher thru things.
